Sales Tax Policy

The Buyer shall be responsible for the payment of all sales, use, and similar taxes within the State of Illinois based on current sales tax rate, unless a sales tax exempt from is provided upon purchase and prior to shipping goods.

Out of state purchases are not subject to Illinois Sales tax, however a copy of the sales tax exempt form will be requested upon purchase of goods, due to the state’s requirement to track all out of state purchased orders.
